Kiersten M. Schramek

Kiersten M. Schramek, Esq. was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 2016. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Ms. Schramek focuses her practice in the area of matrimonial and family law. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Schramek served as Senior Attorney at Ressler & Associates and previously as head of the litigation department at The Law Firm of William G. Sayegh, P.C. Ms. Schramek was also associated with a large general liability litigation firm which serves the entire New York metropolitan area. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Schramek is a trained divorce mediator and serves on the Roster of Mediators for the 9th Judicial District.

Ms. Schramek is an active member of the several local Bar Associations, and she has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Family Law in the New York Metro area each year since 2021.
