Christopher McClain

Our newest associate, Christopher McClain graduated summa cum laude in 2017 from Pace University’s Elisabeth Haub School of Law and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2018.

Prior to joining Fredman Baken, and Novenstern, LLP, Chris began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Queens County. During his four plus year tenure there, he successfully prosecuted felony and misdemeanor matters, handling all aspects from investigation through trial.

During law school, Chris was a law clerk at Crosby & Higgins, LLP and was a legal associate for the Law Offices of Gerry Feinberg, P.C. In addition, Chris interned at the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office, the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, and for the Honorable Terence P. Murphy in Nassau County Court. Further, Chris served as a member of the International Moot Court Team and Pace Law Review.

Chris received his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Pace University, where he also was a player for the Pace University Football team and acted as a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society.
